Steps to Order Wholesale
1. Use 'Filter' click 'Wholesale' for eligible products.
Note: Kokedamas without an 'Add to Cart' button are not available for wholesale.
2. Select Box Size: Refer to the images below for the number of kokedamas needed per box. We'll contact you for adjustments if the quantity doesn't match.
3. Checkout: In your cart you'll find the option 'Checkout with Net Terms' - click this and complete the form that appears.
For delivery date selection, please note:
- We ship wholesale orders every Monday to the West Coast and every Tuesday to the rest of the US.
- Always select a Monday or Tuesday that suits your delivery preference.
- Remember, your order will be ready to ship within 5 to 10 days from the order date, based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In the 'Shipping Note' box, please specify your preferred carrier: UPS, FedEx Freight, or LTL Trucking. If LTL Trucking is your choice, email us at sales@kazumigarden.com with your order number to arrange shipping dates according to the truck schedule.
Please be aware that the shipping fee for FedEx Freight or UPS will be added to your invoice after you place your order.
