Shipping policy

At Kazumi Garden, we strive to ensure a safe and efficient shipping process for all our customers.

Please remember that we work with a living product, and sometimes plants may suffer during transit due to the handling by carriers, temperature changes, and other factors. We do our best to ensure your plant arrives safely. If that's not the case, please take a picture of the outside of the box if it's damaged and reach out to our website chat to request an exchange. If the box is not damaged but the plant is, please reach out to the chat for support. Anyways, remember that plants are resilient and will thrive with proper love and care.

Please take note of the following guidelines:


1. Shipping Days: We exclusively ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays outside of Florida excluding Georgia, Wednesdays are for in-state (FL) and GA, and Thursdays are for only in-state (FL) ordersĀ This approach ensures that your plant spends the least amount of time in transit, minimizing any adverse effects on its health. Please plan your order accordingly to allow for timely delivery.
**You can choose faster shipping options such as 2 day express and overnight options.

Ā  Shipping Cut-Off Times:Ā 
  • If you place an order on Monday before 2 pm, we will ship it the same day, unless any unforeseen issues arise. We will promptly communicate with you in case of any delays or changes.
  • If you place an order on Monday after 2 pm, it will be scheduled for shipping on Tuesday (the next day).
  • If you place an order on Tuesday after 2 pm, toĀ a stateĀ different than Florida,Ā it will be scheduled for shipping the following MondayĀ (the next week)Ā to ensure the safety of the plant during transit.
  • For orders to Florida, if you place an order on Wednesday before 2 pm, we will ship it the same day (this may vary depending on how northern the city is from our location in Pembroke Pines, Fl). However, if the order is placed after 2 pm, it will be scheduled for the following Monday to ensure the safety of the plant during transit.
3. Shipping Carriers: We utilize the services of UPS and FedEx for our deliveries. Depending on your location and preferences, we offer the following shipping options:
a. UPS or FedEx 3 Days Express
b. UPS or FedEx 2 Days Express
c. UPS or FedEx Overnight

4. Special Requests: If you wish to opt for FedEx 2 Days Express, kindly reach out to us through our chat or other platforms. We will be glad to assist you in checking the availability of the desired product and arranging the fastest possible delivery.
