ANTHURIUM

ANTHURIUM

  • Light Requirements

This plant appreciates bright, indirect light. Keep it in a well-lit spot, but out of direct sunlight. Direct exposure to the sun can burn the leaves. Though it can survive in shadier spots, youā€™ll get fewer flowers.Ā Ā

  • Submerging

Submerge 3/4 of the moss ball in a bowl of potable, or rain water until itā€™s saturated.

    Summer/Fall:

10 min in water every 10 days.

    Winter/Spring:

10 min in water every 14 days.

Remove the ball from the water, let the excess water drip for about 20 min and place it back in its place.Ā

  • Plant Food

The moss ball is already enriched with the necessary plant food to keep your plant nourished for the first 2 to 3 months. Beyond that, the anthurium will benefit from a dose of diluted liquid fertilizer once a month during Spring and Summer. Avoid to do it during Fall and Winter.
