Kokedamas こけだま

Live, healthy plant in the kokedama Japanese art, created over 1000 years ago that means ball of moss. This technique recreates a unique habitat where nature and art blends intimately promoting health and relaxation.

Materials
We use preserved green moss sustainably procured and never toxic, special soil mix, handpicked plants from certified local nurseries, and green polyester thread.
Watering made simple
The moss makes the watering system simpler by absorbing and draining very well.

The Submerging time is usually twice a month. This depends on the type of plant and the temperature.
Add Color to your life
The Color Twine It's an extra layer of decorative waterproof thread. We weave this by hand as an extra layer.

The accessory adds extra character to the kokedama, also perfect to match your home decoration.

Ordered a Medium-Received a small,

I was very disappointed when I Arrived at my daughter’s in Georgia, to find a much smaller version of the plant I sent for her birthday!
I had also sent the same plant to a friend with cancer, only to find today that it too was a small not a medium size plant. I did call and leave a message, but I have not heard back. I apologized profusely to each of them, and even snapped a picture. I have a medium and one large Kazumii plants, so I know exactly what they should look like in size. Size really does matter!

I asked my sister-in-law to rescue it. And that she did! She took it outbid it’s package took it back to her apartment and that’s where it stays! She kidnapped it and refers to it as “she” now.

LOVE my Kokedamas

I purchased 4 mini Kokedamas and I absolutely love them. They are growing so well and I get so many comments and how beautiful and unusual they look. They came healthy and in good shape. They are super easy to maintain. I just soak them as instructed. I use tap water that I put a drop of natural fertilizer in and they are growing so well. I got the mini ones to see how I liked them and they are doing so well I am going to get some of the larger ones too!
