Kazumi Garden B2B Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Kokedamas from Kazumi Garden to our business clients (“Buyers”). By placing an order, Buyers agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Orders

• Orders are to be placed through the official Kazumi Garden B2B portal or via our sales team.
• Minimum order values and quantities apply as specified on the Kazumi Garden website.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for Kokedamas and any other products provided by Kazumi Garden are as listed on the B2B portal and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Buyers may opt to pay for their orders by check or credit card.
  • For check payments, checks should be made payable to Kazumi Garden and mailed to 7651 NW 15th St, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. Checks can be sent after placing the order or upon the arrival of the Kokedamas.
  • Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 3% transaction fee to cover processing charges.
• Payment must be received within 30 days of receiving your order. Failure to comply will result in the inability to ship any new orders. If multiple orders are placed within a 30-day period, payment for the previous order must be received before shipping the subsequent order.

4. Shipping and Handling

• Orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx Freight, or LTL Trucking, depending on the size and specifics of the order.
• Shipping costs are to be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Damage and Return Policy

• In the event that Kokedamas arrive damaged, Buyers must report the damage within 7 days of receipt.
• Photographic evidence of the damaged Kokedamas is mandatory for any credit claim.
• Credit for the next purchase order will be provided for valid claims. No refunds will be issued.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

• Kazumi Garden guarantees the quality of the Kokedamas at the time of shipment.
• Any warranty regarding the longevity and condition of the Kokedamas after delivery is limited to guidelines provided in our care instructions.

7. Liability

• Kazumi Garden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase and use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

• Kazumi Garden reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA and any disputes will be resolved in the local courts.
